Order Processing

• Orders are processed within  2 business days after payment is received.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

International Shipping

If we offer international shipping, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:
